By betting on or creating a Totobo event you recognize and warrant that:

Betting on Totobo is an activity predominantly based on skill, not of chance. You undertake that, when using Totobo's services, you will not rely predominantly on chance and you will not make any offer or series of offers that would, if matched, be considered an illegal activity.
You may lose Bitcoins trading on Totobo.
Any attempt by you to interrupt the operation of Totobo, disrupt the operation of Totobo website, to manipulate Totobo market prices or act in a manner that may be injurious to Totobo may result in the immediate closure of your account, and/or unwinding of your trades and/or being prevented from accessing all or any part of Totobo or the website in future.
Totobo is entitled to reject and delete your event without giving you a reason.
Totobo does not keep any bitcoins. We hold the bitcoins per each event, and distribute them automatically once the event concludes.
